Engaged in teaching at the international undergraduate school, serving as a lecturer in the mathematics group (including Statistics) and the IT group. Also holds the positions of academic advisor for Class 2 of the 2024 Australian Top Universities Program and Class 2 of the 2024 UK Top Universities Program, as well as course coordinator for IT1 and ITBS in the CSCSE-SQA Advanced Diploma Program.

Having worked as a lecturer in both the Mathematics & Statistics group and the IT group for nearly a year, XU Ruiying adheres to a student-centered teaching philosophy, respect individual differences, focus on students’ holistic development, and tailor instruction to individual needs. By flexibly employing a variety of teaching methods to spark student interest, She has achieved positive teaching outcomes.
